In the Hamburg project, ASETEC has installed a 46 m steel chimney with 2 x 800
mm inner tubes for 2 CHP plants and assembled.
In addition, the existing 76 m concrete chimney with 2x x 850 mm and 1x x 700 mm
oval stainless steel tubes lined and the connecting lines including silencers built.
2 x12 MW and an 8 MW boiler are connected here. ASETEC has also developed the concept and the planning for this.
The most demanding thing here was that the refurbishment had to be carried out during operation and that no crane
operation was possible.The concrete chimney was renovated from the inside with its own industrial climbing
technology.
